At Arogyamrit Snacks, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in food and snack products, returns and refunds are governed by strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
• The product received is *damaged, **defective, or *wrong item delivered
❌ We do not accept returns for:
• Opened, consumed, or partially used food/snack products
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
2. Time Limit to Raise a Request
• Any return, replacement, or refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To process your request, you must provide:
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong product
• Proof must be shared at the time of raising the complaint
Requests without valid proof will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
4. Return Shipping
• The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected by us, the eligible refund amount will be processed.
5. Refund or Replacement Process
• After inspection and approval, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Refund, if replacement is not available
• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons:
• Opened or consumed snack items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Right to Reject a Request
Arogyamrit Snacks reserves the right to:
• Reject any return or refund request that does not meet this policy
• Reject claims where sufficient proof is not provided
